All products sold by VetCentric are acquired either directly from manufacturers or from registered distributors holding a valid wholesale license, assuring veterinarians that VetCentric only carries products approved for use in the United States.  Other Internet companies do not guarantee this.

The 100% product guarantee also applies when the client is not completely satisfied, in which case, VetCentric will refund the client on behalf of the prescribing veterinary clinic and cancel the sale with the prescribing clinic. Refunds do not include upgraded shipping charges for pharmaceutical items and any applicable shipping charges for therapeutic diets or over-the-counter items.

Shipping and Returns

VetCentric ships all medications USPS Priority Mail or First Class, in 3 to 5 business days. Free shipping does not include pet food or over-the-counter products.
